Dounhuila is a luxurious, well-equipped bungalow, in a stunning location. You will enjoy uninterrupted views looking south across Loch Slapin towards the Sleat peninsular, the Small Isles and the West Highlands. Escape for total relaxation with family, friends or the local wildlife. The Gaelic Princess Dounhuila, after whom our home is named, used the nearby Spar Cave as a refuge in the 9th Century; you can walk down to the Cave which is in the cliffs below the bungalow.

Sea Drift is a three-bedroom luxury self-catering apartment situated right at the water's edge with panoramic views of sea and mountains, and sunsets and sunrises to die for. The apartment is adjacent to The Skye Picture House guesthouse, but completely self-contained with its own entrance. It sleeps a maximum of 6 in one single, one double and one family room. The ground floor bathroom and single room are suitable for use by disabled persons, and the upstairs family room has its own en-suite.

Situated in a stunning location, the Old Church boasts fabulous views of Loch Slapin and Blaven - the most famous of the Black Cuillin Mountains. The Old Church is a cottage full of character providing a high standard of accommodation for up to 8 people. There are 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen has an oil fired Rayburn stove. The four cottages, "Tigh Phadraig", "Tigh Màiri", “Tigh Lachie” and "Tigh Seonag", each offer luxurious accommodation including a traditional veiled boxed bed (better than any four poster!), under floor heated stone floors throughout (absolutely wonderful on bare feet!), and a stove sits in the large stone fire place, prefect for watching the flickering flames & sipping at a wee dram. A well equipped fully fitted kitchen is also installed, but if you don't fancy cooking there are many fine restaurants on Skye. The cottages have been awarded Four Stars by the Scottish Tourist Board.

From the fishing village of Elgol there are views to Rùm and Eigg. This is certainly walking and climbing country with cycling, sailing/boat trips and sea fishing all on the doorstep.
