The Cuillin and Minginish
The Black Cuillin are the most spectacular and challenging mountains in Britain. These are peaks of which dreams are made - and nightmares! Many of their summits require scrambling or even rock-climbing to reach. There are several shorter walks that enable less experienced walkers to experience something of their drama, alternatively why not hire a guide to help you complete that particularly difficult route.

The Minginish coastline is only slightly less spectacular and almost unvisited, with huge cliffs and dramatic waterfalls which can be reached by the keenest of walkers, together with one of the most beautiful bays on Skye.
